About the Role

Homeline Tanzania Limited is seeking a motivated and reliable Sales & Marketing Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for market research, customer relationship management, and execution of sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collect and analyze market information to support the development of effective sales and marketing strategies.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and expand sales channels.
3. Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
4. Assist in planning and organizing marketing campaigns, trade exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
5. Prepare and present regular market research reports and sales performance analyses.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Diploma or higher qualification in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a high level of responsibility and teamwork.
3. Familiarity with marketing principles and customer relationship management (CRM); relevant work experience will be an added advantage.
4. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
5. Valid driving license (mandatory).
