Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow FMCG sales across the Dar es Salaam region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Drive product visibility and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collect and report market insights and trends to management.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in FMCG sales within the Dar es Salaam market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
