Job Description
● Respond to incoming events from tracking units by contacting clients to confirm or verify that all is in order with vehicle
● Attend to inbound calls from clients testing units or requesting positions on vehicles
● Attend to client queries
Requirements
Certificate/Diploma in Information Technology
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
2 years Call Centre experience
Vehicle Tracking Industry Experience – advantageous
Ability to work in shifts
