Job Description

Purpose of the Role

The purpose of this role is to grow the business, deepen customer relationships, and manage key and potential clients through the sale of liabilities, assets, acquisitions, cash management, credit cards, and retail banking products. The role aims to maximize revenue by achieving assigned sales targets while delivering quality service and building long-term client relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of customers and serve as their primary point of contact for all banking needs.
• Provide personalized and committed banking services, including regular account reviews and offering customers options to make informed financial decisions.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities within the assigned portfolio to maximize wallet share.
• Use referrals from existing clients to acquire new customers and expand the portfolio.

Sales & Business Growth

• Grow CASA, FD, and asset book of the existing client portfolio in line with assigned targets.
• Achieve fee income goals from the existing customer base.
• Drive sales to NTB (New-to-Bank) customers by promoting liability and asset products to meet designated sales targets.
• Maintain a strong understanding of all Exim Bank products and services to effectively serve client needs.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Develop and maintain a sales and queries management database for review, performance analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare position reports and submit them timely to the Branch Manager.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with Branch Managers to anticipate key issues, identify opportunities, and provide professional expertise and solutions to all stakeholders.
• Ensure all client interactions and sales activities align with the bank’s service standards and business objectives.
