🔧 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with Sales and Technical Teams to design IT and system integration solutions that meet client needs.
• Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and tender documentation for technology projects.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Manage RFI/RFP responses and coordinate all documentation for bids and tenders.
• Support client presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions.
• Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and lead generation.
• Maintain accurate records and communication using CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
• Assist in developing marketing and sales materials aligned with company offerings.

📚 SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in presales, IT solutions, or B2B technology sales.
• Good understanding of system integration, software solutions, and tender management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Swahili is an advantage.
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, with a customer-focused mindset.
