Job Description: Service Center Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service Management

• Champion a customer-centric culture across the service center.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high service standards.
• Oversee and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.

2. Operational Leadership

• Manage day-to-day service center operations.
• Ensure smooth workflows, operational continuity, and optimal utilization of resources.

3. Risk Management & Compliance

• Implement and maintain a robust risk management framework.
• Ensure full adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.

4. Performance & Efficiency

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and service delivery.

5. Team Leadership & Development

• Provide coaching, guidance, and motivation to staff.
• Foster a high-performance work environment and encourage professional growth.

6. Resource Optimization

• Allocate and manage resources efficiently.
• Maintain service quality while ensuring cost-effective operations.

Experience Requirements
