Our client is a leading multinational conglomerate operating across Africa and Asia, specializing in automotive and industrial lubricants. To support its market expansion, the company is seeking corporate-focused Sales Executives to drive sales among institutional and high-volume customers. The role involves expanding market coverage, strengthening dealer networks, and managing key client relationships, requiring a professional field salesperson with strong B2B sales, account management, and relationship-building skills.


Role Overview

  • Position: Sales Executive – Lubricants

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate and institutional clients.

  • Actively sell lubricants to different clients and industries.

  • Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and strategic partners.

  • Conduct regular field visits across assigned territories and key industrial zones.

  • Manage client contracts, pricing discussions, and order fulfillment.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Gather market intelligence and provide structured sales reports.

  • Maintain strong after-sales relationships to ensure repeat business and loyalty.


Skills & Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in lubricants, automotive, industrial products, or oil & gas.

  • Client Management: Experience dealing with corporate procurement teams and decision-makers.

  • Sales Skills: Strong corporate selling and negotiation skills.

  • Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.

  • Professionalism: High level of professionalism and commercial awareness.

  • Territory Management: Ability to manage wide territories and multiple market segments.

  • Personal Attributes: Results-driven, disciplined, and self-motivated.
