Position Overview
AKO Group Limited, a leading professional catering and facility management service provider in Tanzania, is looking for a motivated Accountant Trainee to join our finance team. This is an entry-level role designed for fresh graduates eager to kickstart their careers in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities

Transaction Management: Assist with daily accounting transactions and accurate data entry.

Financial Support: Support the team with invoicing, processing payments, and basic audit preparations.

Documentation: Maintain organized filing systems and financial documentation.

General Support: Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: Fresh graduate (no prior work experience required).

Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Excel and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Core Attributes: High integrity, strong attention to detail, and a proactive willingness to learn.
