Entertainment And Marketing Manager at Bravo Coco Beach Ltd , Dar es Salaam – January 2026

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

6+ years of experience in marketing, event planning, or entertainment management (hospitality experience is a must).

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO,

Mailchimp, etc.).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Energetic, outgoing personality with a knack for building community and excite-ment.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, beachside envi-ronment.

Knowledge of music and entertainment trends, especially those appealing to a beach and nightlife audience.
