Work Station: Singida, Kigoma, Mbeya, Songea, Dar es Salaam & Zanzibar
Basic Job Functions
• Recruitment, training and coach the Sales Team
• Ensure Team achievement of Sales Targets
• Ensure the portfolio is performing within the Company standards
• Timely submission of Reports.
Job Qualification & Skills
• Bachelor Degree Business Administration/any business related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing
• Proficiency in computer applications.
Additional Attributes
• Ability to coach, lead and manage a team
• Good Customer care skills
• Possess analytical, Good communication, and reporting skills
• Good problem analysis and solving skills
