Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant located in Dar es-Salaam. As a Chartered Accountant, you will be responsible for tasks such as financial reporting, audit preparation, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will play a key role in providing financial insights, managing financial risks, and contributing to the overall financial strategy of the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chartered Accountant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional certification as a Chartered Accountant
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant work experience in the industry
Additional Qualifications (Preferred)
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Knowledge of international accounting standards
- Experience in financial planning and analysis
- Experience in tax planning and compliance
