Your Mission:
We are seeking a skilled commissioning engineer to join our team and support the EACOP Project. The successful candidate will ensure that all commissioning activities are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications and standards. They will also provide technical support for all Schneider products, both in the workshop and on-site.
Such support includes testing equipment on site, creating and implementing test procedures, investigating problems, diagnosing and repairing faults, liaising with clients and installation/project engineers, and supervising engineering and technical staff.

- Safety & Cybersecurity Compliance: Adhere to all safety and cybersecurity policies, practices, and procedures.
- Startup/Commissioning Tasks: Execute startup and commissioning activities on Schneider Electric products, as well as potentially on competitor equipment.
- Technical Analysis: Analyze and interpret technical procedures, governmental regulations, and various issues related to our equipment, providing appropriate solutions.
- Reporting: Analyze results and effectively communicate findings to customers and management.
- Team Participation: Actively engage in team initiatives and management meetings to achieve project goals (SIM1).
- Scope Understanding: Comprehend the scope of work, adhere to time allocations for tasks, and ensure full traceability (including timesheets and change orders).
- Support Roles: Assist planners, coordinators, and project managers in understanding site conditions for optimal customer service.
- Training: Provide training to maintenance and operational staff.
- Issue Escalation: Promptly escalate any quality or technical issues identified in the field.
- Digital Tool Utilization: Utilize all digital tools designed for Schneider Electric’s onsite deployment effectively.

Qualifications
- University Degree in electronics/electrical/mechanical Engineering.
- Certification & accreditation with local professional bodies, i.e. ERB, CRB, PMI.
- EWURA Practicing License will be a distinct advantage.
- Has minimum 3-6 years’ experience in the Technical Service field; 2 years MUST be with Schneider Electric equipment.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong Customer orientation mindset.
- Strong Technical knowledge of Schneider Electric Products.
- Willingness to learn new competencies (Technical, Digital, soft skills…).
- Collaborative attitude with internal entities (Planners, Project Managers, Technical Support…).
- Use all digital tools designed for SE SR.
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
- The job requires standing and walking for extended periods.
