Join Our Team at Sumwood Furniture Workshop (Customer care)

Are you passionate about furniture and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service? Sumwood Furniture Workshop based in ARUSHA region is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Care Personnel. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

– Handle all customer inquiries, orders, and issues promptly and professionally.

– Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding our indoor and outdoor furniture products.

– Process orders accurately and efficiently.

– Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions.

– Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

– Assist with showroom management and maintenance.

– Serve refreshments (coffee, tea, water) to customers visiting our workshop.

Duties:

– Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and in-person inquiries.

– Manage customer accounts and update information as needed.

– Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery and installations.

– Resolve customer complaints and issues with diplomacy and tact.

– Update inventory records and assist with stock management.

Skills and Specifications:

– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Swahili.

– Professional appearance with top-notch office etiquette.

– Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.

– Organizational and multitasking abilities.

– Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, internet). 2

– Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred .

– Knowledge of furniture materials, styles, and construction is a plus.

– Confidence and ability to handle customer interactions with poise and empathy.
