We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join a SaaS company from the USA. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Location: 100% remote reporting to USA

Engagement: full-time (40 hours per week)

About the role…

If you are a self-driven, ambitious, tech-savvy professional we would love to meet you! We are expecting you to be experienced in social media, email marketing, webinar events, and content creation.

Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications. This position reports directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities

  • Set, plan, and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
  • Provide engaging text, image, and video content for all social media and professional accounts to drive engagement
  • Respond to customers in a timely manner
  • Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews
  • Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness
  • Collaborate with internal team to enhance product and service through social listening
  • Drive engagement through email nurture campaigns and educational content
  • Write industry/solution guides to communicate the product value proposition and target customer segments
  • Build relationships with customers, industry professionals, and journalists
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Requirements

  • Near – Native English level
  • 4+ years of experience
  • Software or SaaS industry exposure is preferred
  • Experience planning and leading community initiatives such as webinars, podcasts, panel discussions, etc
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, critical thinker and problem-solver
