Electrical Engineer- High Voltage & Power Systems (2 Posts)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement high voltage electrical systems and components for various projects.
• Conduct detailed analysis and simulations of power systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Manage and oversee projects from conception through to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions to complex engineering problems.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including specifications, reports and feasibility studies.
• Ensure compliance with national and international electrical codes and regulations.
• Provide technical support during project installation, commissioning and maintenance stages

Academic Qualifications

•  Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Master’s degree in electrical engineering or related field is an added advantage.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) certification from ERB.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in high voltage and power system design and
  implementation.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, PowerWorld)

Working Station: Dodoma & Elsewhere in Tanzania and Eastern Africa
