HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, we are looking for a highly experienced and strategic General Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the company’s overall operations, driving business growth, and ensuring successful execution of real estate projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company goals and profitability targets. • Oversee real estate development activities including land acquisition, design, construction, and handover.
• Manage sales, marketing, and leasing operations to maximize revenue and occupancy levels.
• Provide leadership and direction to project, finance, and operations teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, contractors, and government authorities.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities for company growth.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for management review.
• Oversee property and asset management to enhance value and profitability.
• Lead, motivate, and develop staff to achieve operational excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 of proven experience in real estate development, property management, or related field.
• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, project management, and financial planning.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• High integrity, strategic mindset, and ability to manage multiple complex projects.
