Head of Corporate Sales

This senior leadership role requires a strategic thinker with proven ability to drive corporate sales performance, strengthen brand positioning, and expand market penetration. The successful candidate will excel at taking care of our corporate clients across the full range of our products, cultivating high-value relationships, securing large-scale business opportunities, and leading sales initiatives that establish our solutions as the preferred choice in a competitive and rapidly evolving industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of the company’s branding strategy, mission, and vision, ensuring all corporate sales activities reinforce brand positioning and market presence.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans, including forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis to meet set revenue targets and drive market expansion.

  • Utilize data insights to monitor performance, optimize KPIs, track competitor activity, and refine strategies for maximum ROI and sustained brand visibility.

  • Drive multi-channel sales growth by designing and executing targeted strategies across trade segments to consistently achieve and surpass revenue goals.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 5+ years in selling & marketing of building materials – roofing material is a plus.

  • Experience working with corporate clients is an added advantage.
