Identity is looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Assistant to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll play a vital role in shaping our company culture and ensuring a smooth employee experience, from onboarding to ongoing support.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication.
- Onboard new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into Identity.
- Manage employee relations, including processing paperwork, maintaining personnel files, and administering benefits.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including calendar management, data entry, and report generation.
- Stay up-to-date on HR policies and procedures.
- Be a friendly and helpful point of contact for all employees with HR-related inquiries.
Who You Are:
- You have a minimum of 1 and a half year of HR experience or relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
- You possess excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse group of employees.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a learning management system (LMS) is a plus.
- You are a detail-oriented individual with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- You are passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
