Urgently we are seeking a qualified ICT Intern to join the IT Department. The ideal candidate must be able to provide technical support in a corporate environment and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in ICT, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support/Helpdesk
• Hands-on skills in hardware/software troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge of networks (LAN/WAN, IP configuration)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience in a financial institution is an added advantage
