1. MECHANICAL AND FLEET SUPERVISOR

LOCATION: Arusha

INDUSTRY: Manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
• FTC Mechanical
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of Garage/workshop/mechanical processes, policy and systems.
• At least 7 years of experience, with a minimum of 4 years in middle-level management.
• Ability to make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Conversant with fleet management software.
• Ability to create and implement maintenance schedules and plans.
• Capable of scheduling vehicle route planning and control.
• Must be a team player, able to collaborate effectively with dispatch, procurement, finance, and sales.
• Able to handle workshop as well as fleet planning and management
• Experience in using at least one ERP system (SAP, SAGE, ORACLE, NAVISION, etc.).

2. TRADE MARKETING/BRAND CHAMPIONS

LOCATION: COUNTRY SIDE

INDUSTRY: MANUFACTURING

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing/Business administration/BCom
• Previously demonstrated success in Sales, Marketing, or trade Marketing ideal.
• At least 5 years commercial (sales) role, brand management.
• Management experience is required.
• Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies in beverage companies
• Ability to scan the market and apply his skills to handle and manage the market
