JOB VACANCY – QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Location: Dar es Salaam
Industry : Construction Company
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in cost management and project control within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare tender and contract documents, specifically for construction projects.
- Conduct cost analysis and ensure strict cost control on expenditures.
- Monitor budgets and prepare accurate project financial reports.
- Evaluate and manage variations and contractual claims.
- Value completed works and coordinate timely payments.
- Liaise with engineers, site managers, and clients to maintain project efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits for progress assessments.Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in housing or road construction projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project,Nest and other cost management tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.How to Apply:
