Learning and Development Manager
Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 8 years in corporate L&D or HR leadership, preferably in the agricultural or related sectors
• Proven experience in building and implementing learning frameworks at the organizational level
• Strong performance management and succession planning expertise
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
