Job Title : Loan team Leader;

Location: Dar-es- Salaam, Tanzania
Collections Leader Responsibilities:
○ Build a team from 0 to 1
○ Efficient execution ability and working quickly with international teams
○ Overseeing staff members and ensuring the accurate and timely invoicing of customers.
○ Be good at proactive problem-solving and communication
○ Creating and implementing a strategy to improve the collection of outstanding credit.
○ Implementing collection policies and procedures to avoid excessive outstanding credit.
○ Ensuring that the company policy on recoveries is followed
○ Have great negotiation skills； Properly handle customer complaints and questions
○ Preparing weekly feedback reports on customer issues and repayment
○ Provide relevant knowledge, training and guidance to the agent

Collections Leader Requirements:
○ Bachelor’s degree
○ 1+ years experience as a Loan Team Leader or Loan investigator.
○ Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
○ The ability to work accurately and independently.
○ Good verbal and written communication skills.
○ Outstanding leadership and managerial skills.
○ Strong time and people management skills.
○ Ability to work to strict deadlines.
