Job Summary:
Sumwood Furniture Manufacturing seeks an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the production process, ensuring efficient and high-quality output of furniture products.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage production staff to ensure efficient processes and high-quality results.

Implement and maintain production schedules, workflows, and quality control measures.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.

Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.

Manage inventory levels and material supplies.
-
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
-
Diploma or degree in Woodworking, Civil Engineering, Furniture Design, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

2+ years of experience in production supervision within the furniture manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of carpentry and woodworking machinery/tools.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
-
Knowledge of safety and quality control systems.
