Key Responsibilities
• Site Measurements & Valuations
• Tendering & Procurement
• Cost Monitoring & Control
• Contract Administration
• Financial & Progress Reporting
• Risk & Compliance Management
Key Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Building Economics or Quantity Surveying
• Registered with Architect and Quantity Surveyors Registration Board (AQRB)
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in construction works
Working Station: Tabora & Elsewhere in Tanzania and Eastern Africa
