About the Role
DKT Tanzania is seeking a Sales Admin & Data Analyst who is passionate about turning data into insights to drive strategic decisions. The role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and visualizing business and sales data to support growth, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making across the organization.
Sales Admin & Data Analyst Job Vacancy at DKT Tanzania
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze business and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Build dashboards and reports to track performance indicators at national, regional, and product levels.
- Provide data-driven insights to support sales, marketing, and management teams.
- Develop and automate reporting processes to ensure timely, accurate information flow.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer key business questions and support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Advanced Excel skills required; experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One an advantage).
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other data visualization tools is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Proactive, independent, and results oriented.
- Must be based in Dar es Salaam.
