JOB DESCRIPTION
We seek a dedicated and vigilant Security Candidate to join our team at King Casino. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observational skills, and a commitment to ensuring a safe environment for our clients and their customers or residents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
– Patrol Casino premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
– Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
– Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent the passage of prohibited persons and items into restricted areas.
– Circulate among visitors, patrons, or employees to preserve order and protect property.
– Respond to emergencies, such as medical issues, fire, and security threats, and contact emergency responders when necessary.
– Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers, employees, and visitors.
– Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment.
– Conduct regular security checks and inspections according to established schedules.
– Assist in crowd control during events and manage access to restricted areas.
QUALIFICATIONS
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Proven work experience in Security or relevant position is an added advantage
– Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment.
– Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.
– Surveillance skills and detail orientation.
– Physical stamina, good health and strength.
-Ability to communicate in both SWAHILI & ENGLISH
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
– Security Guard certification/ JKT Training
– First Aid and CPR certification.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
