Senior Loan Officer

3 Position Available

Job Functions

• Ensuring smooth running of branch operations

• Provide overall direction of the team targets / budget

• Achieve monthly targets

• Monitor daily repayments for all Assistant Loan Officers

• Ensures the team follows a clear direction, and motivates the team towards greater productivity.
• Ensure high ethical standards are maintained

Qualification and Experience

• Diploma in Business Administration or any Business related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing
• Proficiency in computer applications.
