Job Title: Senior Officer – ICT 

Location: Dar es salaam – Tanzania 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain core banking systems and related applications.
• Provide technical support and ensure minimal downtime for critical systems.
• Oversee system backups, data recovery, and cybersecurity measures.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers on IT infrastructure and system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot network and software issues promptly.
• Ensure system compliance with ICT and banking regulatory requirements.
• Support IT planning, budgeting, and implementation of new technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, preferred in the financial or banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of core banking systems, database management, and networking.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, data protection, and IT policies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
