This role offers a unique opportunity to drive large-scale health impact through innovative systems strengthening and digital transformation.

The Senior Project Manager will lead a high-performing team and oversee the execution of the Growth Accelerator for Integrated NCD Services (GAINS) program. Co-designed with the CEO Round Table of Global Health—including the Gates Foundation, Sanofi Global Health Unit, Eli Lilly—and implemented in partnership with the Ministry of Health and the President’s Office of Tanzania, GAINS aims to improve integrated NCD services for up to 12 million people across 200 communities, generating scalable national solutions.

Key Program Focus Areas

  • Community-Level Interventions: Upskilling Community Health Workers (CHWs) to deliver integrated NCD services.
  • Technology & Referral Systems: Integrating facility and community health data through digital systems to strengthen referral pathways.
  • Primary Healthcare Facilities: Improving facility capacity for NCD case management, medicine access, patient management, and demand forecasting.

Beyond program execution, this role will contribute to the design of innovations and AI-powered solutions shaping the future of GAINS and Touch’s broader digital health strategy.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong track record managing large, complex projects in global health or development, ideally with top-tier management consulting experience. They must excel in stakeholder engagement, analytical problem-solving, and driving innovation across health systems.

The Senior Project Manager reports directly to the Chief Program Officer and closely collaborates with the Director for Clinical Services.
