Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in field sales.

• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Experience selling agricultural or FMCG products is an added advantage.

• Strong customer acquisition and retention skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Valid driving license is an added advantage.
