WE’RE HIRING: SHEQ MANAGER

MMT Logistics is seeking a dedicated and experienced SHEQ Manager to lead our Safety, Health, Environment & Quality initiatives across our operations. If you’re passionate about creating safe and efficient work environments, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain SHEQ management systems in compliance with local and international standards.
Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections.
Train staff and promote a culture of safety and quality.
Monitor compliance and lead continuous improvement efforts.
Minimum Requirements:
Tanzanian citizenship (position open to Tanzanians only)
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
3+ years experience in SHEQ roles, preferably in the logistics or supply chain sector
Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
