Open Positions:
Strategy, Planning & Investment Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify areas of improvement, growth and operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain financial and operational models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
• Identify market trends, competitive positioning, and potential risks across the construction, agriculture, and manufacturing sectors.
• Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, preparing detailed reports and dashboards.
• Design and lead strategic projects, including mergers, acquisitions and diversification initiatives.
• Manage the implementation of business intelligence tools to improve data accessibility and decision-making
• Conduct feasibility studies for new projects, including ROI analyses and resource allocation

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics (highly preferred), Business Administration. Finance or a related field
• MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CIMA) is an advantage
• Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in Strategy, Planning and Investment

Industry: Construction, Mining, Engineering or Real estate sector
