Open Position: Telesales Agent Trainee

Basic Job Functions

• Responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls
• Responsible for achieving individual sales target
• Cooperate and mobilize team members to achieve the set team sales target
• Informing clients about market trends
• Implement the company’s policies
• Reporting to the supervisor about customer’s issues and opine on how they can be sorted

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Competency, and Experience Needed

• • At least an Ordinary diploma in any business-related field
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • Good problem analysis and solving skills
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Good communication skills
