The National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA) has officially released the results for the Form Two National Assessment (FTNA) for the 2024/2025 academic year. Dr. Said A. Mohamed, NECTA Executive Secretary, announced the results at a press conference in Dar es Salaam on Saturday January 4, 2025 from 11 am , highlighting their significance for the Tanzanian education system. The FTNA, also known as Matokeo ya Kidato Cha Pili, evaluates students’ academic progress and serves as a crucial stepping stone for their future studies.
Understanding the Form Two National Assessment (FTNA):
The FTNA is a critical examination in Tanzania’s education system. It assesses students’ knowledge and skills in core subjects, including Mathematics, Science, and Languages. Successful completion of the FTNA allows students to progress to Form Three.
