We’re seeking energetic and results-oriented Freelance Sales & Marketing Officers to join our growing team and help us achieve our goals.

About the Role

As a Freelance Sales & Marketing Officer, you’ll play a key role in driving Pangishia’s sales and brand awareness. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns, generating leads, and converting them into paying customers.

Location: All regions of Tanzania , especially the Cities such as Dar es Salaam, Arusha, Mwanza, Mbeya, Dodoma etc.

Job Type: Remote Job Opportunity

Payment Type: Commission based Payment

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to generate brand awareness and leads
• Prospect and identify potential customers
• Build relationships with potential customers and convert them into paying users
• Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel
• Track and report on marketing and sales performance
• Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (freelance or agency experience a plus)
• Experience with digital marketing channels (social media, email marketing, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• A results-oriented mindset and a drive to succeed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Requirements:

Must have a working Android Phone ( OS of Android 8 and Above )

Must have a Telegram App and Active Telegram Account
