Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct social impact assessments for ongoing and upcoming projects
• Engage local communities and key stakeholders
• Monitor and report on community feedback and social risks
• Assist with the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives
• Ensure adherence to national and international social safeguard policies
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Social Work, Development Studies, or related fields
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Fieldwork experience and ability to work in diverse cultural settings
