Job Title: Business Development Officer
Location: Mwanza – Tanzania
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while developing strategies to boost loan sales and revenue.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide financial advice on loan products and eligibility.
Conduct market research to stay informed on customer needs competitors and industry trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient loan processing and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing Finance Economics or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development sales or relationship management in financial institutions.
In-depth knowledge of car loans or similar financial products.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build client trust.
