Basic Job Functions

• Recruitment, training, and coaching of the Sales Team
• Ensuring the team achieves sales targets
• Ensuring the portfolio performs within company standards
• Timely submission of reports

Minimum Qualification and Experience

• Diploma in Business Administration or any Business-related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing
• Proficiency in computer applications

Other Attributes

• Ability to coach, lead, and manage a team
• Good customer care skills
• Possess analytical, good communication, and reporting skills
• Good problem analysis and solving skills
