The Human Resources Office of Daqing Oilfield Constructions Group Company Limited (DOCG) informs all Tanzanians with the following qualifications and who are ready to work at the Marine Storage Terminal Project (MST) at Chongoleani.

1.0. Position – Lifting Foreman (Local) (7 Posts)

1.1. Qualifications: –

Education: Diploma or vocational training in mechanical, construction, or related fields.

Must have valid certificates in Lifting Supervision, Rigging & Slinging, Crane Safety, and optionally First Aid and Occupational Safety.

Experience: 3-5 years in lifting/rigging operations. Experience in construction, oil & gas, mining, or heavy industry is an advantage.

Skills: Knowledge of lifting procedures, leadership, risk assessment, good communication (including hand signals and radio), and problem-solving.

1.2. Responsibilities: –

• Plan and supervise lifting operations, assign tasks, and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Inspect equipment and stop unsafe activities.
• Communicate and coordinate with engineers, operators, and other departments.
• Monitor operations and lead safety briefings.
• Keep records, report incidents, and document daily activities.

1.3. Duration

The Contract shall be for a specific task for the whole constructions period of the project.

1.5. Place of Work & Residency

The place of work for this position shall be Chongoleani ward in Tanga city, Daqing Oilfield Constructions Group Company Limited (DOCG) will provide food and camp accommodations in our temporary facilities for these positions. It is mandatory for individual selected for this position to utilize the camp accommodations.
