Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Core Responsibilities
- Budgeting & Financial Planning: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, align financial plans with strategic goals, manage operational expenditure (opex) and balance sheet forecasting, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Regulatory Reporting: Support preparation and submission of financial reports to regulatory authorities and handle ad hoc reporting requirements.
- Business Partnering & Management Reporting: Act as a financial advisor to business units, prepare monthly management reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Opex Analysis & Control: Monitor and analyze operational expenditure, identify cost optimization opportunities, and support strategic projects.
