Daqing Oilfield Construction Group Co. Ltd (DOCG) is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Claims Engineer to join our team in Tanga, Tanzania. This is a pivotal role for a professional with a significant background in the Construction & Oil & Gas sectors.
The Role
We are looking for an expert in claims management, negotiation, and dispute resolution who can manage complex contractual issues effectively. The Claims Engineer will be instrumental in ensuring successful project delivery through meticulous claims handling and application of contractual knowledge.
Key Requirements
The successful candidate must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Experience: A minimum of 10+ years’ experience in a claims management role within the construction and/or oil & gas industry.
- Contractual Expertise: Strong, demonstrable knowledge of FIDIC contracts is essential.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation and report writing skills are required for effective dispute resolution and documentation.
