QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates must meet the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Business, or Science–related fields.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word & Excel).
• Basic use of smart devices (tablets & smartphones).
• Resident of the region you apply for, with strong knowledge of local geography (districts, wards, villages/streets).
• Good conduct and clean background (no criminal record).
• Non–politically affiliated.
• Ready to learn and adapt.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel to interior/remote areas during fieldwork.
• Commitment to safeguarding, gender equality, and inclusion of people with disabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct high-quality household, community, and facility interviews using digital tools.
• Accurately record, verify, and submit data daily.
• Follow study protocols, safeguarding standards, and field safety guidance.
• Coordinate with supervisors and local leaders to reach sampled areas on time.
