About the Role
Daqing Oilfield Construction Group Co., Ltd. (DOCG) is seeking five (5) experienced HSE Supervisors to join our team at the EACOP Project site in Tanga. The successful candidates will play a vital role in promoting and ensuring a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment across all project operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs on-site.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and compliance audits.
- Lead daily toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions.
- Ensure adherence to local and international Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Promote a strong safety culture and awareness among all site personnel.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within large-scale construction or industrial projects.
- Valid NEBOSH certification (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of safety regulations, risk management, and incident investigation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
