2. General Candidate Attributes
Across all academic levels, successful candidates must demonstrate the ability to:

Prepare and deliver teaching materials, seminars, and tutorials.

Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research/projects.

Mark assessments and provide constructive feedback.

Conduct independent research, publish work, and engage in consultancy.

Mentor junior staff members.
3. Employment Terms and Remuneration
-
Contract Type: Three (3) years renewable contract.

Probation: One (1) year initial probation period.

Salary: Attractive remuneration package based on the specific SAUT salary scale.
