Job Overview
Briaco Limited is looking for Field Supervisor Trainees to join our avocado operations team. This role includes a 3-month probation period and provides a monthly allowance.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate avocado sourcing from farmers.

Monitor fruit quality at collection points.

Support field logistics and records.

Liaise with farmers and transporters.
Qualifications

Education: Diploma or Degree in Agriculture (Preferred).

Location: Willingness to work in rural areas.

Skills: Good communication skills.
