Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fire trucks and related emergency equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults to ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards.
• Conduct inspections, servicing, and testing of systems, including pumps, engines, lighting, wiring, and hydraulics.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and follow company and industry safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the technical team to identify and implement improvements in vehicle performance.

Requirements:

An internationally recognized company is seeking skilled Mechanics and Electricians to join our dynamic maintenance team. You will be working on state-of-the-art fire trucks and specialized emergency response vehicles, ensuring they remain in optimal condition and ready for action at all times.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Trade Certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field from an VETA is an added advantage
• Minimum 2 years experience in heavy vehicle maintenance (experience with fire trucks, emergency vehicles, or specialized machinery is an added advantage).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and/or vehicle electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
