Position: CCR Operator

🎓 Qualification Required: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry
🧰 Experience: Basic knowledge of cement production

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate the Raw Mill, Kiln, Cement Mill, and Coal Mill (including auxiliary equipment) from the Central Control Room (CCR) during assigned shifts.
2. Coach and train CCR operators to enhance operational efficiency, improve production output, and reduce production costs.
3. Coordinate autonomous maintenance with shift attendants to achieve targeted plant availability for raw meal and clinker production.
4. Troubleshoot operational issues and take prompt action to maintain stable and continuous equipment operation.
5. Ensure full implementation of ISO Systems and Safety Standards within the Production Department.
6. Maintain product quality standards by ensuring all outputs meet internal quality specifications.
7. Continuously assess and work on personal development needs and identified improvement areas.
8. Relieve fellow CCR Operators during their leave periods as required.
9. Perform any other duties or assignments as directed by management.
