PIVOTECH  is   an  engineering  services company,  specializing  in  O&M   services  in Electrical,  Mechanical,  and  ICT-related  disciplines.  PIVOTECH  also  executes  Civil Works and Building contracts both for  Governments & non-government institutions. The company has been in existence since 2007 and currently employs 238  permanent staff.  The company  is  ISO compliant in   ISO  9001:2015, ISO  14001:2015   and OHSAS 45001:2018 standards.

CORE JOB DESCRIPTION

The   Data   Analysist   is    responsible   for     organizational,    SLA   governance,    data interpretation,  analysis, and presentation of  interpretations to  the management  of PIVOTECH  Company. S/He is  expected to  conduct all  activities in  accordance with PIVOTECH established SHEQ policies and procedures. The Data Analyst, as  a member of  the NOC department, shall work hand in  hand with NOC Manager to  enforce the company’s technology strategy.

KEY TASKS

•  Carry out data analysis as  per Scope of work defined in our partner contract.
• Drive closure of Action derived from performance analysis and standard day meeting.
• Working with Zonal manager in deriving operation improvement action against each noted underperforming areas or Field Engineer.
• Conduct planning of the activities with our energy team to ensure maximum utilization of the resource we  have deployed on  the field.
• Training and User support for BI-related information systems
• Ensure all scheduled back-ups of the company’s data warehouse are conducted

EDUCATION

• A minimum of Bachelor in Information technology or related field.

EXPERIENCE

At  least three (3) years of related experience. An experience in programming, POWER BI and data analysis will be  an added advantage.
