WE ARE HIRING HRBP MANAGER
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support and align HR initiatives with overall business strategy. – ARUSHA
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR certification (e.g., CIPD, CHRP) is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an industrial or corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of Tanzanian Labor Laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to influence and build strong working relationships across all levels of the business.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to use HR data effectively.
